I'm the assistant and tour manger for the up and coming comedian Trevor Joyner.
Described by DC METRO Theater Arts Magazine as a comic who, “expertly strings together topics in a series of hilarious sequences”, Trevor Joyner is a top contender in the ever-budding comedy scene. Joyner got his start in comedy as a teen in high school in Washington D.C. After high school, Joyner attended South Carolina State University as a Theater major. Since then, he has shared the stage with several notable comedians such as Faizon Love and Jerry Seinfeld, and also performed at renowned comedy clubs like Gotham and the Comic Strip. In addition to performing in shows, Joyner has launched a number of solo projects which include his one man show, “Why So Serious?”, that debuted at the Capital Fringe Festival in 2012. Most recently, Joyner performed at the Gilda Laughfest Comedy Festival in Grand rapids, Michigan. When he’s not on the road, Joyner is hosting the hottest, new San Francisco variety show, The Monday Night Hype, which features Bay Area comedians and musicians.
